Howdy, partner! Wednesday was Day 3 of Red Ribbon Week, and Cardinal country was full of cowboy hats, boots and flannel shirts today. Yippee to staying drug free!

Day 2 of Red Ribbon Week was Crazy Hair Day - and wow, did we see some crazy, fun and creative looks?!?!

Picture Proofs will be coming home today with students. All ordering will take place online and orders should be placed by November 9th. All information needed to order is included on your child's proof.

We had a great visit from Horse Cave Volunteer Fire Department today! Students learned all about the fire trucks and what it’s like to pursue a career as a firefighter.  Thanks, Horse Cave Volunteer Fire Department, for being a great community partner and spending part of your day with us! Give us a 👍🏼 or a ❤️ if you’re thankful for the support and dedication of our firefighters and other first responders!

Mrs. Atkins is coming to you from 1993 to remind you that TOMORROW is Picture Day!!! These photos will be used in our yearbook so dress your best and get ready to smile! (Any student who misses pictures tomorrow will take their photo on our make up day that is scheduled for November 13th.)

Primary students had a fun, Fall day at Dennison’s Roadside Market on Thursday. Students went on a hayride to the pumpkin patch where they picked out their own pumpkin and then got to play on the playground and eat lunch at the pavilion. We appreciate Dennison’s support as a community partner and were excited to see so many parents and guardians attend with their children!

Tomorrow, Friday, September 26th, is the LAST day to shop our book fair! Don't miss out on purchasing some great books while supporting our school library!

We are so proud of the minutes our students AND teachers are logging on Beanstack! Next week we will draw for prizes for our students and adults who met goals for September! Keep Reading Cards!!!

Our school just hit Trailblazer Status in Beanstack! This means at least 75% of our school is logging reading minutes daily! We are actually at 80%!!! Each month we earn this status, we are entered to win $$$ for Beanstack prizes and rewards! Students can log minutes they read at home using the app or the Beanstack website. Keep up the great work Cards!!!!
